ORDERS

Ordering is simple and straightforward. You have 4 options to place an order:

	Driver	Just complete your order form and give it to the driver

Information needed when you order:

1. Your Customer Number
2. The day you want delivery
3. The code number of the meals you want to order
4. The size of the meals you want to order i.e. Regular or Large

Please note:
• Two working days notice is required prior to delivery. 

• We can also set up a standing order for you. This means you receive a pre-arranged set of meals on the day of your choice without having to ring us each time.

• The minimum number of meals you can order is three.

• You must either be present on the day of delivery or have left an eski/ ice box for our drivers to put the meals in.  For food safety reasons we will not leave meals outside your door without the protection of an eski/ice box.

• 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of orders.
