Existing Customers

Please provide the following information when order:
1. Your Customer Number
2. Your preferred delivery day
3. The code number of the meal you wish to order
4. The size of your meals you wish to order

Ordering requirements

  • The minimum order is $60.00 per delivery
  • If you are not going to be home on your day of delivery, please leave out a well insulated eski or chiller bag with sufficient ice packs outside your front door. You will need to place your meals into the fridge within 2hrs of delivery
  • Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required for cancelling an order
  • You need to place your order three working days prior to delivery
  • Orders close off at: 4pm on Monday; 3:30pm Tuesdays to Friday; and 1pm on public holidays
